Overview

This article explains the basic and advanced concepts of Engagespot.

Environments

Engagespot handles your requests within environments, which are logical groupings of users and workflows, etc.. You can create as many environments as needed, each with its own specific configurations and settings. For instance, you might have a production environment for your application, a staging environment for testing, and a development environment for local development.

By default, Engagespot creates a development and production environment for you. Read environment concept for more details.

Version Controlled Changes

Version Controlled Changes in Engagespot are versioning and can be published and migrated between environments. each change you make in your development environment such as editing a workflow is a change that you can publish and migrate to the production/ custom environment. Read version control concept for more details.
