Creating Workflows

1. Create workflow.

Engagespot's web-based workflow designer lets anyone create workflows without coding. Here's how:

1. Open Workflows Menu:

   • Go to your Engagespot Console.
   • Click on Workflows.

2. Start a New Workflow:

   • Click on New Workflow.
   • Name Your Workflow: Give your workflow a descriptive name (e.g., "Billing").
   • Identifier: The system will automatically generate an identifier based on the workflow name. You can also edit this identifier if needed.
   • Categorize (Optional): If you want to organize your workflows, select a relevant category.
