Trigger Workflow Function

The Trigger Workflow function in EngageSpot allows you to execute another pre-existing workflow within your current workflow seamlessly.

Adding a Trigger Workflow Step​

You can incorporate Trigger Workflow steps at any juncture within your workflow, positioned either before or after any other step.

Trigger Workflow Step Example

In the illustrated example, the workflow named New-Workflow is set to trigger immediately after an InApp Channel Step.

You have the flexibility to create conditions for Trigger Workflow steps using the Condition Builder, enabling precise control over when these triggers activate.
